I'm tired of the continuous adverts on daily newspapers put in by the management of wema bank as a face saving strategy after the various scandals they has trailed the bank based on fraud and fraudulent managers being investigated by the EFCC and others. It's easy for me to believe that the bank is associated with this kind of mess because i was a former customer of this bank before i was pushed to close my account with them as a result of very poor customer service. Maybe Wema bank is just trying to mitigate the effects of the scandal because the case is not yet concluded officially but we all know that it is most likely to be true. There could be more banks in nigeria who are involved in this sort of fraud but as the rule of law states, they are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. Finally, i don't really trust that Wema bank is completely clean.
