Nepa is dead and buried and the Power holding company continues to hold onto power without giving us enough. Sell the damn company and privatise the power sector which is nothing but a cankerworm feeding on our limited resources without giving us any returns.
A lot of sensible manufacturers are moving their operations to neighbouring Ghana just to reduce the cost of operating in Nigeria because of power problems. But some other operators are still working in Nigeria because it would not be easy to relocate their large operations elsewhere and all these add to the effects of global inflation which Nigerians are already experiencing. The President recently said that there was no going back on the declaration of a state of emergency on this sector and i hope he does that. I wonder when we'll start having constant electrical power supply.
