The elections were actually held today despite the initial court order that INEC should not. The elections actually witnessed reports of violence, missing names, rigging as well as absence and/or lateness of polling boths at voting centres.
Based on the results so far, it appears that Chris Ngige of the relatively new party in Anambra - The AC, is n the lead in most wards that have had their resutls released, perhaps due to the popularity of the former governor.
APGA and the PDP are also showing strong leads in other wards.
The thing about Chris Ngige's election is that it is fast catching momentum and may soon overshadow the PDP's.Here is a report from 234next.com

Results for some other wards are yet to be released. Based on the results so far, I can say I forsee any of these three to become the next governor of Anambra state:
