Yaradua dead at 58yrs

Nigeria's ailing President, Umaru Musa Yaradua has been reported dead. He had ben fighting a series of ailment which had taken him to Saudi Arabia and back in order to get the best medical treatment from doctors. He had been seriously battling for his life since the last quarter of 2009 and only returned to Nigeria in 2010.
As a Muslim, Yaradua is expected to be buried soon and precisely today in accordanec to religious rites. He will be missed by hus wife Turai, hs childrean and immediate family as well as the good people of Nigeria. We had hoped that Yaradua would have stayed alive to at least see the completion of his 7 point agenda.
After returning from Saudi Arabia some 2 months ago, he was not fully recovered as he came back to Nigeria with a team of medial experts to help sustain his life. There had been rumours and counter rumours of his recovery from the fatal illness.
The former Vice President and Acting President - Jonathan Ebele Goodluck as a result of this recent development, is expected to be sworn in fully as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and he is then expected to choose a Vice President(unofficially from the North) who may also be a candidate or anchor for the 2011 presidential elections
