Now Airtel is fully in Nigeria after it acquired Zain Nigeria at a price of about $9bn. It appears that with this takeover, Airtel certainly has prospects in Nigeria and hopes to establish a solid base for continuing its growing Telecoms empire.
A visit to www.ng.zain.com automatically takes you to www.ng.airtel.com and the logo for Zain has already been replaced with that of Airtel which is quite a simple logo but pretty.
It appears also that Airtel is currently carrying on a Q and A promo with the question "What does freedom mean to you?" You can partake in this campaign by going to http://www.letsfeelfree.com/ and all it requires is your honest opinion and you could win a prize which includes a grand prize of 2 tickets to Dubai or t shirt and caps. It is currently open to several countries in Africa which includes Nigeria.
I am hoping that with the coming of Airtel, there would be much better services both for voice and data.

Individual and national freedom, the main point is individual freedom; it restraint or discipline and having a right to do what one wills or in accordance with the desires of one's heart. Freedom means that no one can check you from doing good deeds, no one can restrict your kind and gentle attitude towards others or changing things.
