It seems our politicians are now listening to the voices of the people by rejecting the CBN and Sanusi's plan to introduce N5000 note. There had been public complains about the idea which many expected would only increase hardship by causing inflation and besides also increase crime and corruption. The reports in the news is that the National house of Assembly has already expressed their disapproval against the idea and called on the president to call it off. Already it seems that President Jonathan is following the wishes of the people by dropping the idea.I do hope we don't have to go through this issue again by going back to approve the N5000 note. Would it not be better to make N100 the highest currency in Nigeria rather than bringing in higher currencies?

N5000 currency should not be an issue in this administration. The President and his administration should try to meet the basic needs for Nigerians like drinking water, food, energy efficient, good roads, healthy school environments---.
