How to Register a best friend on MTN Funlink

As you might already know, Funlink is one of the new offers by MTN Nigeria. However if you should know that it is only only on Funlink that you can register a best friend in order to enjoy cheaper MTN to MTN calls to your friend's registered number
If you are already on Funlink, after having migrated by Texting 440 to 131

To register My best friend on MTN Funlink, then dial the number *563*number of Best Friend# after you must have migrated to FunLink. If you have not yet migrated to Funlink, then send the text message "440" to 131

For example, to register a best friend, then dial *563*08034......# if your friend's number is 08034.....

When you register a best friend under FunLink, it gives you both access to Free weekend calls (My Best Friend) from Saturday 12am to Monday morning 4.30am (52hrs 30mins). Remeber, your best friend will have to accept the invitation. Both parties will be charged N100 only

Really i think mtn should do their assignment well by making sure new products & services are acceptable to an average Nigerian rather than trying to deceive people into adopting them by 'hiding' the financial commitments associated with such. You people have your corporate name & integrity to protect. Anyway, MTN still remains the better as of today in Nigeria, but ?

I will like to use this opportunity to tell mtn Nigeria that they should allow subscribers to change freely from one package to another,because one may enter into a new package without knowing its disadvantage and when he/she finds out and wants to come out, MTN will say no to his /her request. This has made many your subscribers to drop there MTN lines for other service providers like Etisalat, Glo etc. because they are more flexible in there policies. So dont be too rigid and selfish in your policies so as to carry all your customers along. MTN! the best in wider coverage!

I wonder why MTN hates its subscribes so much as to lure them into MTN fun link & deny them the opportunity to exit the package? If the package is good as MTN claims why are they forcing their subscribers to enjoy it? The veracity is that MTN FUN LINK is a smokescreen for defrauding Nigerian MTN Subscribers.

Am really disappointed with d so called mtn. Could you believe that i bought my funlink bundle as usual but couldn't get my free data service again and that's my main reason for buying it. I tried to contact d customers care but all to no avail. Infact, NCC & ICPC make una screen mtn well well b/c they are really cheating on us naija or else.
